Jessica Steen

 Jessica Steen, a Canadian actress, is known for her role in Captain Power, the Soldiers of the Future and Homefront, Earth 2 and Armageddon. She also appeared in Left Behind: World at War as well as NCIS Flashpoint.



 



 Personal life



 Jessica Steen was born in Toronto, Ontario, the daughter of Joanna Noyes, an actress as well as Jan Steen, a director and actor. Steen is of Dutch, Scottish and Irish descent.



 



 Steen in addition to her career in entertainment, is an environmentalist as well as an advocate for animal rights. She supports David Suzuki, the World Society for the Protection of Animals and the Western Canadian Wilderness Committee, in addition to other groups. She is a certified diver who is proficient in several circus arts like fire-twirling, stilt-walking , fire-twirling and stilt-walking.

Ayesha won Filmfare's Best Debut Award in the year 2004 for her performance as a leading actress for the film Taarzan The Wonder Car. It was her first acting role.
