Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez is a TV arbitrator for Caso Cerrado. She also hosts Ana Polo Rules. Ana Polo Gonzalez was born in Havana Cuba and moved with her family to Miami when she was two. Born in Habana, Cuba, Ana Maria Polo is host of renowned Telemundo show "Caso Cerrado" which was the first Spanish programming to be nominated for an Daytime Entertainment Emmy(r) Award, and was ranked in 2015 as the number one Spanish-language program on the air at 4pm in important demos. Polo was born April 11 of 1959, in Havana, Cuba and went on to study at Florida International University, where she earned a bachelor's diploma in the field of political science. After that, she received her PhD in law at the University of Miami and practiced law for twenty years in the city of Miami. Then she earned the PhD in law from University of Miami. University of Miami, and later practiced law for 20 decades in Miami. Polo was first shown to the public via television in 2001 through Telemundo's show Sala de Parejas (2001) as well as other shows on courts where her legal expertise was tapped. Literary Works and Accolades In 1958 she published the story Los Hijos Muertos (The dead children), with which she was awarded the Critic's Award and Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute fled Spain in an adventure in the United States 1960. Polo speaks frequently and helps in raising funds for the campaign. Polo has been a vocal advocate for LGBT rights for a long time. She is a lawyer from The University of Miami School of Law in Florida, and is also a Florida Bar Member.
